Electrician/Electrical Installer
We are looking for electricians for shipbuilding and industrial projects in Europe.
Job responsibilities:
- Cable routing and cable pulling
- Installation and connection af electrical equipment and panels
- Reading technical drawings and diagrams
- General electrical installation works
Requirements:
- Experience as an electrician/electrical installer
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Responsible and punctual attitude
- Basic English skills (A2-B1)
- Experience in shipbuilding projects is an advantage

B2B Sales Executive
Job Description:
- Active search for new clients and establishing long-term business relationships (shipbuilding, industrial, and construction sectors)
- Communication with project managers, procurement departments, and contractors
- Identification of new business opportunities in Lithuania and abroad
- Preparation of proposals, negotiation of terms, and conclusion of contracts
- On-site visits, participation in business events and trade exhibitions
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales (preferably in technical services, construction, or engineering sectors)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (Lithuanian is mandatory; other languages are an advantage)
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Willingness to travel for business when needed
