Electrician - Electrical Installer
We are looking for electricians.
UAB Provoltas Plius is a certified provider of engineering workforce specialising in electrical installation
on shipbuilding and industrial projects. We offer work in a competitive, modern and friendly environment. As a fast-growing company, we are currently searching for skilled electricians to join our team.
Job description:
- local/main cabling
- connecting power/light/control panels
- reading technical diagrams and blueprints
- reporting arising issues to team leaders/project managers
Requirements:
- work experience (preferably in shipyards)
- electrician’s certificate
- ability to work independently and as a part of team
- knowledge of English (lower intermediate), Russian language would be an advantage
- responsible and punctual personality

B2B Sales Executive

Job Description:

  • Active search for new clients and establishing long-term business relationships (shipbuilding, industrial, and construction sectors)

  • Communication with project managers, procurement departments, and contractors

  • Identification of new business opportunities in Lithuania and abroad

  • Preparation of proposals, negotiation of terms, and conclusion of contracts

  • On-site visits, participation in business events and trade exhibitions

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales (preferably in technical services, construction, or engineering sectors)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Fluent in English (Lithuanian is mandatory; other languages are an advantage)

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented

  • Willingness to travel for business when needed
